Moin is a decentralized messenger application with the focus of sharing files among users. The basic characteristics are decentralized, respect of personal data, open source, free of charge, free of advertising and legally impeccable.

Means when two nodes are communication with each other, the application relies on the End-To-End encryption provided by IPFS

In addition to this mechanism, the underlying node is configured in DHT client mode. This setting prevents that the DHT service provide any information to the outside world.
